Massaged Kale Salad

absolutely delicious

 

Massaged Kale Salad

2 heads kale, spines removed, chopped
1 head garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos (or tamari or soy sauce)
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar


Mix ingredients together in large bowl (except kale)
Add kale in thirds
Massage for several minutes until kale wilts and volume is significantly reduced.  
Top with pomegranate seeds or edible flowers
